In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I ordered online from the UK for my daughter's Birthday (she was on vacation). The website was well laid out with pictures and reviews of all the arrangements, and it was easy to order and pay for the arrangement. I was also able to choose collection rather than delivery so my daughter's boyfriend could collect at a convenient time. I understand that the BF possibly went to a different branch of FOTP (I ordered pick up at the Lexington store) but that the other store was very helpful, called the Lexington store and ended up making a new arrangement on the spot for my daughter, which was great service in my view. Apparently the flowers were beautiful and my daughter loved them. Wouldnt hesitate to use Flowers on the Park again.

Ordering on-line for Flowers on the Park could not have been easier. And the arrangement received was beautiful, on time and looking perhaps even better than the photo. I will definitely be using Flowers on the Park in the future.

Website was very easy to navigate and checkout process smooth. The flowers were delivered the day we requested and the recipient loved them. We will use again for any future NYC flower delivery needs.
